GradeLink Parent Alerts Setup Guide
Step 1: Log In
- Go to your school’s GradeLink Parent Portal.
- Log in using the username and password provided by the school.
- If you have not received your login information, please contact the school office.
Step 2: Access Your Account Settings - After logging in, click your name or My Account (depending on your device).
- Select Settings or Notification Preferences.
Step 3: Set Up Notifications
Choose how you would like to receive alerts:
- Email notifications
- Text message (SMS) notifications (if available)
Step 4: Select the Alerts You Want to Receive
We recommend enabling notifications for: - New grades posted
- Missing assignments
- Low grades
- Attendance (absences and tardies)
- School announcements
- Teacher messages
Step 5: Save Your Preferences
Click Save to activate your notification settings.
